Who we are
ZatMart is an online store operated by Nohzat Trading LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("ZatMart", "we", "us"). This policy applies to this website and to orders and messages you send us through it.
Information we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the items you order and your order totals.
- When you contact us: your name, business name (if you give one), email address and the message you send.
- When you join our email list: your email address, which we use only to send you ZatMart news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe option.
- Stored on your own device: your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask for or store card or bank details when you order, because you pay in cash on delivery.
How we use your information
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we only send marketing emails if you join our email list.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your cart and wishlist. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with companies that help us run the store, and only as needed:
- Website hosting and database providers that store our site and order records on our behalf
- Delivery partners who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order
- Authorities, when we are legally required to, or to protect our rights and customers
Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. We choose providers that protect data with industry-standard security.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax and accounting requirements. We delete support messages when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.
How we protect it
Access to customer data is limited to the people who run the store, our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and our database only allows customers to send orders and messages, not to read other people's data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. To make a request, email support@zatmart.net.co from the address you ordered with, or use our Contact Support page. We will respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. ZatMart does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the law.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
